SOURDOUGH

blend of white bread, rye and brown bread flour.

                              

     

SMALL SOURDOUGH

Half size of the standard sourdough

 

MULTIGRAIN SOURDOUGH

Standard sourdough but with whole bulgar, barley, wheat and quinoa grains

 

SEEDED SOURDOUGH

Standard sourdough but with 5 different types of toasted seeds: pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds and linseeds.

 

QINOA SOURDOUGH

Standard sourdough with whole grains of red and white quinoa added, high in protein.

 

SPELT SOURDOUGH

100% pure spelt sourdough.

Fermented for 24 hours completely wheat free.

 

RYE SOURDOUGH

70% rye sourdough, 30% is wheat flour. Fermented for 24 hours.

 

SWEDISH RYE SOURDOUGH

70% rye sourdough but with anise seeds, caraway seeds, fennel seeds and orange zest. Fermented for 24 hours.

 

TOMATO-BASIL SOURDOUGH 

Standard sourdough with sundried tomatoes and fresh basil.

 

FRUIT & NUT SOURDOUGH

Standard sourdough with assorted dried fruit (raisins, currants, sultanas, cranberries and orange), with 5 different types of toasted nuts.
